Delivery times

For orders placed before 8:30 PM with standard shipping: delivery within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri excluding holidays).

For orders placed before 8:30 PM with Express Shipping*: delivery the next business day within the Netherlands, and within the following two business days within Belgium. Deliveries are not made on Saturdays and public holidays.

*Large items and Freight Forwarder items (these are items that must be shipped via a freight forwarder/carrier because they are not suitable for parcel post), game consoles, and shipments to islands are excluded from 24-hour Express Shipping.

Orders received after 8:30 PM without the “Express Shipping” option will be shipped the next day. Orders received after 8:30 PM on Fridays and on weekends will be shipped the following Monday (this may vary during bank holiday weekends).

For bulky products and products that require a freight forwarder/carrier (as these are not suitable for parcel post), delivery time is 2-3 business days.

Please note that some large items (such as bicycles, dollhouses, and playhouses) are delivered in their original packaging. You may see photos of the item or its contents in the original packaging.

For Freight Forwarder products*, please ensure someone is available to accept the product on the agreed delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on orders over €50 with standard shipping

Standard shipping for orders under €50: €2.95

For bulky/freight forwarder products*, shipping costs vary between €9.95 and €29.95

For standard shipping to islands, shipping costs are €6.50. We do not deliver bulky goods or freight items to islands.

Express shipping for orders under €50: €4.95; orders over €20: €2.95**

Shipping costs may be waived for selected products.

Shipping costs always apply to large goods, heavy items, and deliveries to the Wadden Islands.

If delivery must be made by a freight forwarder, this will be stated in the product description.

The actual shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart/checkout.

Delivery only within the Netherlands and Belgium.

*Products that must be shipped as bulky goods or by a freight forwarder due to their size or weight.

** Only for orders placed before 8:30 PM. Bulky items and Freight Forwarder products are excluded from express shipping.

Delivery Failed

If you do not accept the ordered products and they are returned to us, you will receive an email as soon as we receive them. We will then contact you about the next steps. If the products are still needed, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs for a second delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address on the specified date to accept the package. If a package has been delivered but you indicate that you have not received it, please wait 3-5 days from the date of notification so we can clarify the matter with the courier. If a refund is issued and the products are later recovered, we reserve the right to reclaim these products. We reserve the right to any other legal claims.

Supply Issues

Normally, everything listed as “Available for Delivery” on our website is in our warehouse and available for immediate dispatch. In the unlikely event that the products you ordered are not immediately available, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive an email notification of any order cancellation due to stock shortages, confirming that any pre-authorization or payment has been released or refunded in accordance with our payment terms. Unless the unavailable product item is part of a larger order, all other products ordered by the customer will be shipped as requested. In the case of cancellation of products ordered for home delivery from a store of your choice, you will receive an email notification of the order cancellation and can contact us through our customer service department to receive a refund via your original payment method. Unless the unavailable product is part of a larger order, all other products ordered by the customer will be shipped as requested.

Delivery Delays

Our goal is to deliver all orders on time. We work closely with our shipping providers, and in our experience, we achieve delivery within the selected timeframe 99% of the time. We use shipping providers, and where people work, unintentional errors can occur, such as a package being misdirected. To avoid disappointment, we advise our customers to order well in advance of Christmas or any other gift-giving occasion to avoid unforeseen delays.
